As President, MasterCard Canada, Ms. DeVita oversees all aspects of the company's operations, including regional strategy, business development, acceptance expansion, operations, regulatory, marketing and product introductions with a mandate for continued growth and innovation.

Her role includes managing multiple business partnerships with some of Canada's chief financial institutions and other key players in Canada's payments value chain including large retailers and leading payment processors.

Before joining MasterCard in September 2010, Ms. DeVita served as Chairman and CEO of Citibank Canada for three years where she led the franchise and its 5,000 employees with accountability across all lines of business. She previously worked in Citibank divisions in Latin America, Asia and the U.S. She has served on the Executive Council of the Canadian Bankers Association, chaired the foreign Bank Executive Committee, and in 2009 was named one of Canada's Most Powerful Women by the Women's Executive Network.

Ms. DeVita holds a B.S. from St. John's University in New York and is a graduate of the CEO Certificate program at Wharton-KMA in Seoul, South Korea. Recently, she earned the Institute of Corporate Directors certification from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
